If you are under 18, you may browse and search the directory but may not create, claim, or manage a business listing.
10 in Town is an independent business directory designed to help users discover local businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or improve any part of the website or its services at any time.
Submission of information does not guarantee publication. We may approve, decline, edit, recategorize, suspend, or remove listings and request additional information before publication. Businesses are responsible for ensuring submitted information remains accurate and current.
Businesses are solely responsible for ensuring submitted information is truthful, authorized, and current. False or misleading information may result in rejection or removal.
Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, approval, guarantee, or warranty. We may review submissions, but we do not conduct background checks, inspect businesses, guarantee licensing or insurance, verify every statement, investigate every complaint, or continuously monitor listed businesses. Users are responsible for their own due diligence before doing business with any listing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 10 in Town is not liable for damages, losses, claims, or disputes arising from interactions with listed businesses.
Users may not submit false information, duplicate listings, interfere with the website, impersonate others, circumvent security, or use the website unlawfully.
Except as expressly authorized, robots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, AI systems, automated scripts, or similar technologies may not copy, collect, harvest, monitor, republish, or commercially reuse website content. The 10 in Town name, logos, trademarks, branding, taglines, slogans, website design, graphics, icons, written content, photographs, videos, marketing materials, software, page layouts, and the overall look and feel of the website are protected intellectual property. This includes, without limitation, the taglines and slogans 'Ad-Free. Local. Business. Search.', 'Less Searching. More Finding.', and 'Local Business Search... Reimagined.' Nothing in these Terms grants ownership or license rights except as expressly authorized in writing.
No listing creates a partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or official affiliation with 10 in Town. No person or business may imply such a relationship without prior written permission.
10 in Town may introduce paid or premium services in the future subject to additional pricing and terms.
