The Las Vegas Bakery

What started as a passion for creating desserts has grown into something I could have never imagined: a bakery built around creativity, culture, community, and a whole lot of late nights. I love taking familiar flavors and giving them an unexpected twist. That creativity eventually led to what we’re best known for today — our Original Stuffed Conchas, where traditional Mexican pan dulce meets bold, decadent fillings. But The Las Vegas Bakery is more than desserts. It’s the result of taking chances, learning as I go, starting over when necessary, and continuing to build something I’m proud to share with Las Vegas.
